Atex use restrictions: - Limiting the pressure in the oil pan at 0.5 bars relative to the atmosphere, (~1.5 abs) - Generator temperature monitoring, maximum temperature 105°C. - This pump should not be used in Atex applications other than solvent washing machine. - The air ballast must be supplied in such a way as to That no Atex mixture can appear in the pump. - The temperature of the air ballast supply and the intake of air from the engine must not exceed 40°C. - The thermostatic valve must be adjusted so as to obtain an operating temperature of between 80° and 90° C. The repair or maintenance of vacuum pumps or ATEX components must be made according to the EN60079-19 standard governing maintenance and repair of ATEX equipment.
